Nadim Stub to step down from his position as Managing Director
Nadim Stub will step down as Managing Director of PropTech Denmark at the end of the year. He leaves the organisation in great shape for the next phase, as the transition is "expected and quite natural," states Rasmus Juul-Nyholm, Chair of PropTech Denmark.
After nearly three years, initially as a founding member of the board, and since, as Managing Director for PropTech Denmark, Nadim Stub will step down, to take on a new challenge, still in commercial real estate.
"PropTech Denmark is a long-term project. Our organisation is in continuous development, and the timing just seems right, and incidentally something I have been contemplating for an extended period of time. The first phase under my leadership, our focus has been on raising awareness on the need for innovation, digital adoption, and building out the fundamental framework for the association. I feel confident in our success in achieving our objectives."
"We have rallied most of the real estate industry, and on average, we are onboarding a new member on a weekly basis. Every month we host one or more events on important subjects which speak to our overall mission. We have completed several innovation and education programmes with leading industry players, and manifested a healthy and financially sound organization in record time. I am extremely proud of our results, and to have headed out this initiative," says Nadim Stub.
Nadim Stub has clarified his future and is looking forward to new, exciting challenges in the real estate industry.
Natural change in management
According to Chair of PropTech Denmark, Rasmus Juul-Nyholm, who has worked closely with Nadim Stub since the organisation was founded, the upcoming change in management is "natural and expected".
"We knew from the very start that Nadim Stub's engagement, as Managing Director, was going to be for a period of no more than two to three years. He came on to lead and manage an intensive development effort with an intensive and pioneering start-up culture, and simultaneously create a solid and robust management team around himself, counting PropTech Denmark's Innovation Director, Sofie Venndt, and former Hub Director, Jakob Stoumman, who will step in to more joint day-to-day management.
The Board of Directors and the management team are currently in a strategic development process where the first year's priorities are being evaluated, and the framework for the organization's ongoing priorities is being set out. Without hast, we will be looking at how the management should be organized going forward and what capabilities the next phase of the association's development requires. In this regard, we are of course open to interesting inquiries from interesting people who believe they have something to offer to the ongoing evolution of PropTech Denmark", explains Rasmus Juul-Nyholm.
As of today, PropTech Denmark currently has more than 160 members and a staff of six dedicated individuals and is expected to grow further in the new year.
