Our LAB is placed in BLOX, at the centre of the city, as part of BLOXHUB - the Nordic hub for sustainable urban development.
As a PropTech LAB resident you become a BLOXHUB member (50% off regular price) as you are introduced to global and local partners and can participate in their workshops, debates, and programmes.

Pricing
Our PropTech LAB offers reduced prices on desks in BLOXHUB for our startup community.
It is required to be a PropTech Denmark member to be a PropTech LAB tenant.
PropTech LAB Pricing
Prices depend on the type and number of seats you need - book a viewing and let’s have a talk
LAB seating prices
– Flex seat: DKK 2.900 / month / seat
– Fixed seat: DKK 3.600 / month / seat
The LAB seating price is including a BLOX Community fee and the selected seating option. Pricing do not include coffee or lunch. The LAB seating fee is invoices via BLOX and is not managed by PropTech Denmark
PropTech Denmark membership - Required
To rent seating in the PropTech LAB, your company must be a member of PropTech Denmark
The membership fee is paid once a year. It is a fixed fee that depends on your company’s annual turnover. Read more here

– LAB fixed seat: DKK 3.600 / month / seat
– PropTech Denmark membership: DKK 8.300 annually

A flex seat for a startup with 0-5 million DKK in annual turnover:
– LAB Flex seat: DKK 2.900 / month / seat
