2021 marked the beginning of a golden age of proptech
2021 has indeed been an amazing year for proptech. With record high investments in proptech companies and a rapidly increasing number of established real estate players embracing the digital agenda and implementing proptech solutions, 2021 is already now being renowned as the beginning of the golden age of proptech.
2021 has also marked a busy and important year for PropTech Denmark, having grown from a sprouting initiative to a strong and much more consolidated movement as a leading organisation within the European proptech scene.
Here are some highlights of our past year:
A large and growing member-base: Now including now more than 160 member companies with new members still joining every week.
An extensive event programme counting 50+ events and networking activities, reaching more than 1500 participants.
Full house in our PropTech LAB: We have built the largest and fastest growing PropTech LAB in Europe. In December all seats were sold out. But do not despair – we are planning to expand in 2022!
A pioneering PropTech Academy where we have upskilled more than 200 real estate professionals in the what, why, and how of proptech
A truly cross Nordic PropTech Award initiative involving more than 70 proptech startups, 40 real estate companies, and collaboration with our peers in PropTech Norway, PropTech Finland, and PropTech Sweden.
An enormous thank you to all our members for your support, participation, and engagement in bringing the proptech and real estate innovation agenda forward together with us, making PropTech Denmark a reality.
Much more proptech coming to you in 2022
As 2021 comes to an end, it is already now time to prepare for 2022 – a year where we also promise to bring loads of activities and offerings to our community. Get a small sneak-peak below of some of the things we are preparing to offer you next year:
Loads of new member events and networking activities: We are already now developing a load of member events for 2022. We are among others planning deep dives into data-driven decision-making in real estate, better tenant experiences, co-living & new residential concepts, efficient & sustainable construction processes, the future of real estate financing, and much more… Check out and subscribe to our event calendar here!
Prepare for Symposium 2022: In 2022 we will bring you the biggest and most important real estate innovation event in Denmark and the Nordics. Emerge yourself in first-class networking opportunities, inspirational talks, and thought-provoking debates!
See you at MIPIM? PropTech Denmark will be present at this year’s MIPIM, where we are preparing several events and activities putting the spotlight on Danish proptech and real estate innovators. We are so much hoping to see you in Cannes.
Brand new proptech insights and inspiration: In Q1 we will publish Danish PropTech Report 2022 bringing you exclusive insights and key statistics on digital transformation in real estate and the Danish proptech scene. As a new member-offering we are also preparing a proptech catalogue, with an overview of proptech-solutions and proptech companies in Denmark.
