Coor continues partnership for Nordic PropTech Awards

We are excited to share that Coor will continue being a close partner of the Nordic PropTech Awards in 2024. Coor has been an integral part of building this Nordic program and the benefits of engaging with the best that Nordic proptech has to offer - 3 years on - have been clear.
Driving top & Bottom-Line Growth
As a founding partner of PropTech Denmark and the inaugural Nordic PropTech Awards (NPA) in 2022, Coor is no stranger to the proptech community. From an FM business perspective, engaging with innovations through the NPA brings opportunities to optimize existing operations while also creating new revenue streams. For Coor this has meant staying on top of new solutions that they - and their clients - can benefit from now - and in an uncertain future. Coor will specifically engage as a jury on 3 different award tracks: Sustainable & Healthy Buildings, Property Management, and Urban Mobility & Logistics, giving them insights into new and green technologies for FM across all.

According to the Danish PropTech Report of 2023, almost half of the Danish real estate industry still lacks a strategic approach to digital transformation and innovation.
