Coor partners with the Nordic PropTech Awards
We are excited to announce another big name - Coor - as a new Programme Partner of the Nordic PropTech Awards 2023. Coor will bring insights and expertise to the jury on the Property Management, New Tenant Experiences, and the Sustainable & Healthy Buildings track.
A part of the ecosystem
As partner of PropTech Denmark and the inagural Nordic PropTech Awards 2022, Coor is no stranger to the proptech community. Working with the best accelerators and matchmaking programs in the Nordic countries they engage with the ever-growing flora of startups and scaleups that are being established around the world.

Thinking sustainability long term
Besides being a strong supporter of the Nordic ecosystem, Coor will specifically engage as a jury on 3 different award tracks: Property Management, New Real Estate Experiences, and Sustainable & Healthy Buildings. Each track will give Coor insides into how existing tech solutions already on the Nordic market can benefit a digitally-driven workplace creating new opportunities for both Coor’s clients and their employees. And doing so in a smarter and more sustainable way. As Business Unit President of Coor Property, Anders Kjellerup, elaborates:

Startups meet corporate
Coor has already a total portfolio of some 100 services. By engaging in initiatives such as the Nordic Proptech Awards they keep adding the best new proptech solutions to their service portfolio - creating value for both business and clients:

Coor Service Management was founded in 1998 as part of the Skanska construction group and has since then expanded to operate in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
